hope u got the money or can take a loan cus its long:
-testosterone hormone
-furosemide
-rhinoplasty
-teeth implants (the real looking ones)
-change cut (after stop being fat)
-contact lenses get rid of the nerdglasses
hard to tell more since ur fat but a genioplasty for jaw correction?
