What should I invest in first

Overbite, chin recession

0.95+ midface

Short nose, long philtrum

It’s obvious I need obo, bimax/genio, rhino to either fix short nose or add nose bridge or both. What shall I get first?

But oh well. Even if you're obviously not that serious about getting it, I’ll go full detail on what’s important before any surgery. This is pretty much the same process I followed before my planned genio.

Also, what’s your goal? Post some proper pics, and we can try doing realistic morphs. Getting a "Chadlite" look might be tough in the West because of race tax. Also, height and frame can have a significant impact on your overall appearance—more than you might think.

First, it's really important to measure everything correctly. Images are only useful if you know the measurements and if they’re taken from the right distance.

How did you measure your IPD? When I measured at home, I got 62.5mm, but at the optician, I got 61mm-61.5mm. Measuring your byzygo (zygomatic width) is also tricky.

As for nose length, you can't really change it. You can only rotate the tip for small adjustments.

OBO would mostly help by increasing your ICD (Intercanthal Distance) and ESR (Eye-Skull Ratio), as both tend to be low, and OBO will raise both.

The tricky part for you is that your MFR (Mid-Facial Ratio) is already within the ideal range. Let’s assume it’s around 0.95, which would mean your midface width is 61mm at its highest. Your skull is relatively small, so every millimeter counts more for you.

If you decide to go for OBO, I’d aim for a 62-63mm midface width. This would still keep your proportions in the ideal range but give you a more feminine appearance. Your ESR would be around 0.455-0.466.

Do you really have an overbite? If so, bimax could help, but combining OBO and bimax can be tricky. If it's just a minor overbite with no bite issues, a genio might usually be enough.

How is your life right now? Do you have any social life, go to uni/work, friends.

I measured ipd and byzygo with calipers but I don’t know how accurate it is, both measurements can be slightly higher but I kept it conservative.

And if I can’t increase nose length do you recommend lip lift? I have a horsefaceish look because of low esr and short philtrum, but I might end up looking fag with a lip lift. And I forgot to mention I also want to get fat graft/orbital implants for eye area

Yes I have an overbite, not sure if it’s slight or an actual overbite but I will probably get genio. Since you had it how are the results from 3/4ths and front facing angles? And how was the recovery process?

No its probably shorter than u measured but ofc it depends a bit on how you measure.
