These are good supplements for acne supposedly. Does anyone have any experiences with the dosage or like which version to buy?

Although oily skin can clog pores and lead to increased acne breakouts, oily skin also has many benefits. Oil helps preserve the skin, and people with oily skin tend to have thicker skin and fewer wrinkles. The key is to strike a balance between having too much oil and maintaining your skin's natural moisture

From Google
Fish oil is a supplement not the oil of the real fish and putting it on your face boyo:ogre:

It helps with inflammation by fixing the ratio of PUFAs, omega3 and omaga6 fatty acid.
It's a supplement everyone should take.

The oil on your face is called sebum and these two have no correlation.
