What should I say to get my mse covered on insurance?

I went to the ENT and told them I was having trouble breathing from my nose during sports and that I think the nasal passage is fucked up because of my facial recession so they gave me a corticosteroid spray for my nose and Zyrtec as a prescription

I have very slight crowding not from a narrow palette it just got fucked up and grew weird

I've got an 8 kinda 10 teeth smile so I don't think I could get mse on insurance at the dentist but I'm looking to bring it up to 10-12 teeth smile because my bigonial to bizygomatic width ratio is almost 1:1

I have a 6 tooth smile and my airways are fine and have no recession so i doubt u can get it for free unless the palate is the reason of ur problems tbh js depends where u live

Tbh I doubt they will give it to u unless ur genuinely cooked why would u need it with a 8-10 tooth smile

my bottom middle 4 teeth are crowded and 10-12 is optimal I kinda have 10 but not really like I can barely see the 9th and 10th teeth
but also risk of sleep apnea and snoring the airway isn't blocked but its more vulnerable to congestion the smaller it is

For me my only issue is a tongue tie and the tongue being too big for my mouth but I have no breathing issues
