same shoe size for 2-3years
wingspan increased from 173cm to 179cm
in the last year but its same for about 5months now
Dad was late bloomer grew 20cm after 15yo

He went to the doctor and complained about being short. If his growth plates are even open, no doctor in the world is going to diagnose him clinically underdeveloped at 171cm. Not even in the Netherlands which has an avg. of 186cm.

If he was 0,1 percentile like 150cm as a male he would have a shot at medical or surgical help from public funds. 171cm is just a normal below average height in any European country. It's not a medical condition. His parents are nearly the same height. Height maximums are genetic when optimal nutrition is met
