realistically you're probably not going to hit 6'2, maybe 6'0 if gandy helps you out. you should take hgh + ai. ai reduces estrogen so your growth plates remain open longer and hgh is just going to facilitate faster bone growth. if you can't take hgh, try cjc dac which is the second best option and if you're really screwed then mk-677. but you should ideally be taking an ai regardless.
