What should I take to grow my arm and leg sizes and make me overall more muscular

I’ve always been teased for being kinda twiggy I have a pretty decent core since I work that out a lot but I can seem to grow my arms well.

I mean I squat 335 at 155 bw and I do track and run a 11 flat 100m
