What should i take with ai to minimize sides

I wanna start my cycle but the only thing im scared is sides of ai,i heart a lot about that my brain isnt gonna develop and all this bullshit also everybody told me that im gonna fell like shit,depression,sadness,anger,apathy,headache,
i know that they exaggerate much but ig they are not doing that just for fun,also i dont wanna crush my estradiol totally i js wanna keep it quite low till my growth plates will close
My cycle is : hgh (10 iu),arimidex,abalo or teriparatide (havent decided yet) ,low dose tirzepatide,berberine vitamins and all that shi
Planning to run this till my growth plates are closed,also here are my growht plates sorry for shitty pic
