if you actually need it say you have:
- Chronic Nasal Congestion
- Dry mouth when you wake up
- Inability to sleep with mouth closed
- Crossbite
- Waking up from snoring
- Narrow palate (although, unless your doctor is helen keller, they will know if this is true or not)
dont get it if you dont need it, you will look retarded

MARPE isnt specifically for maxillary recession, but a narrow palate.
Whilst they do go hand in hand a lot theres no guarantee you will suddenly become a forward growth god
I cant tell your bite from your profile but there are guides where you bite down on some folded paper and measure the distance between your molars

i did that and it was like 42mm smth like that
