What should I tell my Ortho so that he gives me MSE?

I was at an ortho today that i literally previously emailed asking if they do MSE in adults to which they responded yes.
Went today and I was told no because my pallate is wide enough YET she requested that i get one of my wisdom teeth removed bc not enough space jfl.
What issues/pains can i fake so that an ortho will actually suggest MSE?

for men a wider midface is almost always a good thing. and i have the brad pitt issue, jaw wider than cheekbones but im not 7 psl like brad so it actually doesnt suit me.
