what should i tell my orthodontics?

i have a decent maxilla however my mandible isnt as grown, like everyother orthodontic scammer he will push my mandible a bit forward and my maxilla back thinking i wont notice which probably will be hard to.
so what appliances can help me do this?
how can i make sure he wont scam me?(im 15yo turning 16yo in novemeber)
id like any form of help

healthy bite and al of my teeths are perfectly straight besides my lower 2 central incisors are slightly pushed back
