what should I tell my surgeon for rhinoplasty

im Turkish and I have that stereotypical fat, yam nose. my radix is bulging out of my face like a fucking tumor out the back side of a baby's hand. I want to get a rhinoplasty. I know I have to shave down the radix but idk what else to say. im fine with the width I just don't want to look like a retard.

That’s what consultations are for. Ask him what he thinks is the best and for prior patients that had a similar case. Your nose is def a bit of work but nothing out of the ordinary. You will get a simulation of what a result could look like and you can adjust from there depending on your preference.
