eh if its only a lil then there rly isnt a point in accutane unless u also wanna slim your nose a bit, i have a little acne and personally using simple things like a cleanser, moisturizer, rose water often and a salicylic acid treatment (neutrogena) helped me a ton. thats js my personal experience tho so u do u

yes u wanna get 5-9g cumulative dose over a few months u can microdose if its not bad

yea isotretinoin is the same as accutane js a dif name, like a brand name, if u r gonna take accutane tho def get ready for ur skin being dry and your lips peeling its a common problem

Accutane works, so does tazarotene & topical tretinoin. All three are stronger than adapalene.

oh yh i forgot abt adapalene its alot better for u and basically has the same effect as accutane if u dont have that much acne however if u want ur nose to appear slimmer by a decent margin adapalene wont do that

Though personally, i’d look into the side effects of accutane, evaluate if there’s anything that could cause serious issues for you personally, and then take it if not.

I’m on tretinoin but I have very oily skin. So tretinoin shine + oily skin is no bueno. I’d say tretinoin can be a great option for you though. You can use it for a few months and then decide if you still want accutane.
