What should i use for my terrible skin

I was thinking about hydroquinone, tazarotene or tretinoin, azelaic acid and maybe estriol cream

rn i’m on epiduo(0,3% adapalene and 2,5% gel benzoylperoxide) but i don’t think it’s making some difference cuz it says only use for 3 months after the first opening and i’ve opened it the first time 8 months ago.

i also was on doxycline 5 months ago or so (i went to a dermatologist he described me doxycycline and epiduo)
