what should i use on my acne help

HI I am currentlly using no acids no accutane just cleanser light moisturiser and spf but my acne is not getting better i have a good diet and keeping a good sleep. A lot of people was reccomending me accutane retinoids ghk cu or salacylic acid. What should i do help

dry skin & liver rape
don't drink & use a chapstick & moisturizer, you should be fine
