Get your maxilla sorted out (width, projection, etc. with expansion) also stop puffing out your cheeks. Get some gonian mass with chewing duck tape or something. Train neck as well

Don’t thumb pull as it cause tooth tipping if done too much, just get a really good suction. If your tongue doesn’t fit, get tooth born expansion under 16 and bone born after 16

My tongue fits, but I still want an expander. Would I have to go to an orthodontist to get the Schwartz or can I buy it online and fit it myself ? Also note that i have retainers since i finished braces so if my teeth move I can move them back every night

my logic rn is that if i use toothborne expander my teeth wouldn’t really move since my retainers would be changing them back every night i put them in , so all day i wear the expander then night retainers

Lowkey the retainer is keeping you recessed if you are. But if you’re fine with your teeth keep using it. Especially if you stop using your retainer you relapse.
I stopped using my upper retainer and noticed 0 change.
