Potatoes, Salmon, Cape cod lower sodium potato chips (all natural ingredients and 4:1 potassium ratio), Unsalted butter, Chicken Breast , Eggs, Greek Yogurt, Spinach if u like it, and any fruit u like to eat as dessert or sweet snack (I normally like cuties mandarins and green grapes)What should I be buying for a sodium flush (high potassium meals, foods)

I take 1000mg of potassium chloride with gummies and then 500mg through powder that I add to grapefruit juice, If I'm really trying to debloat ill take another 500mg of the powder another time in the dayWhat’s your opinion on potassium sups?

The DMI is 3.5 grams i might even increase ityeah 3.5g just from supplements, I'd say no more 2 grams and tbh realistically u don't need more than 1g just from supps if you're gonna be consistent w sodium flushing.
