What should I be buying for a sodium flush (high potassium meals, foods)
 
What should I be buying for a sodium flush (high potassium meals, foods)
Bananas. Potatoes, Salmon, Cape cod lower sodium potato chips (all natural ingredients and 4:1 potassium ratio), Unsalted butter, Chicken Breast , Eggs, Greek Yogurt, Spinach if u like it, and any fruit u like to eat as dessert or sweet snack (I normally like cuties mandarins and green grapes)

I take 1000mg of potassium chloride with gummies and then 500mg through powder that I add to grapefruit juice, If I'm really trying to debloat ill take another 500mg of the powder another time in the day

Eggs, diary products, as others said also spinach, meat(beef, pork, chicken, salmon), fruits(kiwi, pineapple,bluebrries,blackberries, etc) and other carb sources:rice, potatoes, they don't have to be sweet, normal ones are fine too, also quinoa, also nuts such as almonds

i take 3.5 grams daily should i decrease ?

yeah 3.5g just from supplements, I'd say no more 2 grams and tbh realistically u don't need more than 1g just from supps if you're gonna be consistent w sodium flushing.

buy potassium supplements (they are bioavailable), low sugar diet, foods high in antioxidants. Alternatively, you could buy potassium salt to replace your normal salt but idk how it tastes.
 
did not know abt these, thanks for commenting this. what brand do u normally get for them? the one I found has sunflower oil and I'm not tryna get that
idk really, im in poland and most brands are polish so its probably different from what you have, there are different brands and all and some taste different than others i have found
