1. Bikini Lip Reduction technique + Rhinoplasty + genioplasty.
2. ASO + CCW bimax + Rhinoplasty
3. 4 teeth extractions + Braces for a year then CCW bimax + Rhinoplasty

The effect of chin projection on the lips is underrated here. (As you move the chin forward, the bottom lip rolls inward.)

idk what kind of orthodontic treatment you are referring to but i agree a bimax setback is the only way. the mandible can be setback to a less extent because it can be done with ccw rotation
and yeh mini chin wing mogs
