Hop on tren or some type of anabolic (if you cant, then try eating a diet with a lot of collagen and cholesterol(it helps test to produce, so basically more bone mass)) then you should debloat and start some exercise also changing haircuts and doing some face exercises (they help you in constructing your face, example, you can look up eyes exercises to have more symmetry and less udd) also you can also start more facial massages for a leaner look, some massages help you relieve the tension on your muscles help bones grow easier, and try to stay away from any masseter
 
You have to find the flaws on your face so you can pinpoint what exactly needs work.
