something in between, because it is practically impossible to create some halos, if you dont already have them and at the same time there are some flaws that cant even be fixed by hardcore craniofacial surgery

Fix failos first and foremost. Attempting to create halo’s usually ends up with one looking uncanny and without a halo as well.
