shoulder press works front delts lateral raises are better for frame
No shoulder press works side delts and front delts basically equally

its better to spam shit for your rear delt fr trust me altho u should not ignore the other parts of ur delt and still hit shoulder press movements theyre rly important

cable one arm lateral raises are really good along with dumbell lateral raises, you dont really want to isolate front deltoids as they get worked enough on push day, + side delts look way better

i do 8 sets total, 4 cable one arm lateral raises and 4 dumbell lateral raises twice so 16 sets total weekly

lean in cable raises and dumbbell press nucleus overload (look up nucleus overload from team3dalpha)
 
Another question is which exercises are safiest for that, because AFAIK lateral raises is done with improper form can really wreck your rotator cuff/joints if you are predisposed (that's how I screwed it this year, basically).

nice iq monkey, just setup a cable hand height and do a normal lateral raise, dont focus on going too heavy, focus on the movement.

None. Work allot of rear delts and side delts. I mainly did face pulls (rear) and lateral raises(side delt). But the main thing that massively increases the size of them is steroid use the more androgenic the better. Tren and Anadrol where best for improving mine.
