Another question is which exercises are safiest for that, because AFAIK lateral raises is done with improper form can really wreck your rotator cuff/joints if you are predisposed (that's how I screwed it this year, basically).
None. Work allot of rear delts and side delts. I mainly did face pulls (rear) and lateral raises(side delt). But the main thing that massively increases the size of them is steroid use the more androgenic the better.
