Left side is lower than the right. Should I chew more on the right or left side?

Weight can also cause asymmetry so you can do that if you're not lean already

There's no story of atrophy by any chance? Like the lower side is the one where you chew the most, and the other side is the one where you chew the least ?

Go to an orthodontist and ask him that question so he can JFL

But seriously, you'd have to subconsciously and continuously change your biting habit, somehow find just the right way to hold it so you don't fuck yourself up even more, and even then it'd probably take decades before you actually fix it. Go to an orthodontist and stop being retarded

Yes I’ve been mewing since December 2017

Nah I’m pretty lean

I never noticed chewing more on 1 side than the other, but when I feel my masseter the right one is bigger and stronger

Was your asymmetry as noticeable before you mewed?

Not really, but I started mewing only a month after getting braces and I think that might be a factor in my asymmetry

On the great work forum they warn about improper mewing, can lead to further asymmetry, they recommend only soft mewing not hard(mew himself never recommended hard)

That wont fix anything, trust me buddy boyo.
I have jaw asymmetry too and the only way to fix it is surgery.
