What skin care products do you use/would recommend?

I have a lot of blackheads, and skin discolouration on certain areas of my face (usually pinkish red/red & brown), and a few scars (actual scars not acne scars). I tried using some shitty drug store cleanser and it did nothing, the moisturise also didn't seem to do anything. I do no skin care right now.

Accutane for blackheads, azelaic acid for discoloration and scars not much you can use besides clinical treatments
