What soft maxxes i did to get the most out of my puberty from ages 16 to 17
1) mouth and nose tape while sleeping and sleeping with only a neck pillow so my tounge can press on my palate as much as possible

2) eating mostly meats (i eat 1 pound of raw grass feed ground beef 4 times a week after the gym) and fruits and eggs not having any salt (only have lots of salt and carbs when my mom makes certain foods for dinner other than that i always make my own food)

3) CHEWING WITH premolars holy shi is this a game changer i started when i went to my vacation in Europe i was there for a month and eating steak almost everyday and would take me like 30 minutes to finish it and they were all chewing and cooked medium rare also i started chewing falim gum a hour a day since i don’t have steak everyday but holy shi is chewing with premolars a game changer

4) my skin cleared a lot with my diet but once i added tret i bearly got any pimples, acne or black heads also using eye cream with retinol and sleeping more than 7 hours at night (i struggle with sleeping i have a broken nose so sometimes i randomly wake up at night from that) also using tinted 50spf sunscreen

5) using topical minoxidil and castro oil on my eyebrows and lashes and using a derma stamp on my eyebrows i also used volufline for a bit it js gave me wierd feelings in my eye area so i stopped using it

6) weight lifting 4 to 5 days a week and doing cardio 3 days a week

i didn’t use any sort of peptides or peds neither orthodontics just simple at home things i did doing the little things and fixing bad habits really goes a long way especially during puberty also i mouth bread almost till i was 16 and got teeth removed before getting braces also would eat goy slop basically everyday and would work out like once a week so if anyone had bad habits it was me .

I will start taking cjc and ipa and mk and anastrozole cuz i want that lil boost in the gym and to improve my sleep ppl say i wont gain tbh im not expecting much i js missed the gym for like 3 months and i bearly been back on it for 2 weeks so i want a lil boost rn if when im done using the peptides my growth plates are open i will be using hgh and anastrozole until they close so i will be updating on that.

Jackpot nigga. If you have insurance apply for a rhinoplasty so they can cover it if you use this excuse.

i always wondered how that works to bad i don’t have insurance but ik i can get free double jaw surgery if i have problems sleeping too right while also having insurance? because i need double jaw asap

Find a job which has health benefits or has health insurance. Depending on your country you can apply for the surgery based on your health problems.

it does since when ur sleeping and u alr have trouble nose breathing while sleeping that’s alot of hours that you are not nose breathing and keeping pepper tounge posture which will cause downward growth also it helps u sleep better thanks so many benefits to nose breathing not just facial asthetic and it also takes time

Yeah I guess, however I've been waking up with headaches ever since I started this, and I'm 99% sure I had sleep apnea as a baby.

Yeah I guess, however I've been waking up with headaches ever since I started this, and I'm 99% sure I had sleep apnea as a baby.
i think you should go to the doctor and get that checked out you shouldn’t be getting headaches from nose breathing while sleeping

ehh not really but like i didn’t put it in a way to say that it clears skin because it doesn’t but it does make skin that is already clear look even better almost like shiny also u should be using a good sun screen when using tret i made that mistake before and it was a horrible experience

i think you should go to the doctor and get that checked out you shouldn’t be getting headaches from nose breathing while sleeping
Alright yeah it’s only when I sleep for 9+ hours though, usually I sleep for like 7-8 and I feel fine.

Very good thread man, what changes did you see with premolars chewing ?
my jaw got wider and it kinda helped my maxilla since when you chew for long times and hard stuff it grows your masseter muscles and chewing with premolars will add pressure to your maxilla because when i lost body fat and would debloat my jaw would still look narrow asf until i started chewing hard foods and with my premolars i saw changes when i can send pics i will i have bad data right now im not at my house

my jaw got wider and it kinda helped my maxilla since when you chew for long times and hard stuff it grows your masseter muscles and chewing with premolars will add pressure to your maxilla because when i lost body fat and would debloat my jaw would still look narrow asf until i started chewing hard foods and with my premolars i saw changes when i can send pics i will i have bad data right now im not at my house

i think having proper tounge posture helps more with that tbh this past year i did see slight changes when i can i will send before and after pics

Littrally the only thing that happened was slight skin texture change which wouldve been better wih taz,look up any study and youll see that taz is clearly superior in everyway, making tret obsolete

Then uou changed the angle and lighting and possibly lost a little bit of fat that you also did in a slow and less efective way

Littraly nothing else showed an improvement in you pic

Stop coping and get aqualyx,botox,deca and test
