What soft maxxes i did to get the most out of my puberty from ages 16 to 17
1) mouth and nose tape while sleeping and sleeping with only a neck pillow so my tounge can press on my palate as much as possible
2) eating mostly meats (i eat 1 pound of raw grass feed ground beef 4 times a week after the gym) and fruits and eggs not having any salt (only have lots of salt and carbs when my mom makes certain foods for dinner other than that i always make my own food)
3) CHEWING WITH premolars holy shi is this a game changer i started when i went to my vacation in Europe i was there for a month and eating steak almost everyday and would take me like 30 minutes to finish it and they were all chewing and cooked medium rare also i started chewing falim gum a hour a day since i don’t have steak everyday but holy shi is chewing with premolars a game changer
4) my skin cleared a lot with my diet but once i added tret i bearly got any pimples, acne or black heads also using eye cream with retinol and sleeping more than 7 hours at night (i struggle with sleeping i have a broken nose so sometimes i randomly wake up at night from that) also using tinted 50spf sunscreen
5) using topical minoxidil and castro oil on my eyebrows and lashes and using a derma stamp on my eyebrows i also used volufline for a bit it js gave me wierd feelings in my eye area so i stopped using it
6) weight lifting 4 to 5 days a week and doing cardio 3 days a week
i didn’t use any sort of peptides or peds neither orthodontics just simple at home things i did doing the little things and fixing bad habits really goes a long way especially during puberty also i mouth bread almost till i was 16 and got teeth removed before getting braces also would eat goy slop basically everyday and would work out like once a week so if anyone had bad habits it was me .
I will start taking cjc and ipa and mk and anastrozole cuz i want that lil boost in the gym and to improve my sleep ppl say i wont gain tbh im not expecting much i js missed the gym for like 3 months and i bearly been back on it for 2 weeks so i want a lil boost rn if when im done using the peptides my growth plates are open i will be using hgh and anastrozole until they close so i will be updating on that.
