What softmaxxes would be useful on myself?

I am 193cm tall so height isn't a problem but I am quiet a skinny lad though I am currently working on that. I think my face is just a little bloated and I have bad acne right now. Pls help(first and last pic are the most recent ones)

yeah you gotta bulk up and fix that skin im guessing the one w the glasses is the newest so get on tret/taz/accutane (accutane if you feel like youve breakouts often) prob work on ur under eyelashes too
