What software are people using to make 3D models of their CT scans?

Ive tried Democratized3D but I keep fucking up the rendering with the threshold setting and Invesilius keeps crashing on my shitty laptop.

I can load up the scans on 3DSlicer and convert them from the original dicom format to .nrrd files but putting them into Democratized3D for some reason it won't render the scans of my teeth so I can't get the STL files.

Thanks for the suggestion though
