What sort of rhinoplasty should i get specifically? To make my nose look the best aesthetically

Show from side i feel like you lack in nasal bridge or it might be the deviated septum can't be sure but :
Reshaping the tip to make it more sharp ( tiplasty ), reshaping the bridge to give it more definition and make it tinnier aka trimming it with a supersonic rhinoplasty.
Upturning the tip a bit.
fixing your deviated septum, and probably taking it to make a bone graft in your nose tip or ur nasal bridge bc u lack support EVERYWHERE.
IMO you really need more than anything to change the whole shape of your nose, it's a complicated case therefore and will probably need an open rhinoplasty with someone extremely qualified in male noses and making it look natural AND masculine - a bit pretty is ideal but it's hard to find such good surgeon i know one.
Open rhinoplasty will leave you with a scar you have to accept it. It can be reduced with lasers.
And imo you might need later on some steroid injection - i mean cortisone - since you seem to have a thick skin, to make it slimmer.

That's it. But that's just for rhino. I'm sorry my friend you need a lot more than rhino the road for ascension is long for you but if you're willing to go that way and put energy effort and money, there's no reason to not ascend.

Say them what i said. Also you have deviated septum morelikely so will need a septorhino. septo is covered by insurance.

That's not my job. It's your surgeon's. You need to get a consultation, they tell you what they think looks good, and then go night night for a few hours. If you don't have the dough, don't skimp out with turkey. If your nose gets fucked anyomore we can't even call you an ltn.

His nose is lowkey too small from the side though shouldn’t he hit up a Korean surgeon or some shit and get an implant there
