What specific Implant would fix negative orbital vector + recessed zygote (forward projection)

Every person is telling me something different in terms of implants and I'm incredibly confused. My initial plan was custom Infraorbital-malar implants with PEEK, but please let me know or guide me in the right direction thank you.

I am severaly unqualified but I think the infra orbital surgery would be beneficial. but instead of getting an implant jus get the fat from ur stomach. you don't have to but from my research that's would I would personally do

Could fraud skeletal deficiency, was talking to someone earlier today who got fat grafting to the under eye and he was telling me survival rate is quite low, but thank you g

I promise you he's not, he recently underwent fat grafting to periorbital fat area, also fat grafting is safe-ish but it is unpredictable and it also wouldn't help my reccesed zygomatic projection

how could a surgery done to the eyes kill someone? now if ur talking about the fat cells then sure there is a chance of them dying but still Infraorbital fat transfer surgery is safe and reliable.
