So i just started going to the gym and i think of doing ppl. Im rn skinny fat going on a big calorie deficit 1.3k without snacking and 1.5-1.6 cal with bananas and nuts.

Im 17 alr nothing to develop i think. Grew taller than my parents 1-2 years ago now 180 unless you talking about something elsedo NOT go in a calorie deficit unless you wanna stunt your development
