What steps to take as an LLTN past puberty

no i will not send or post my face yes i am an LLTN, however i do play contact sports at a collegiate level, so there will always be the risk of contact/shock vibrating thru my face. can i still hardmaxx while playing? and if so, which hardmaxxes can i do to help myself. im mainly deficient in my midface (and my mandibular body length is very short) but my bite has been deemed perfect by a few different ortho opinions so idek if i can get a lefort covered. jfl
