Depends what you mean. If you want to increase endogenous T production you can take enclomiphene (ENCLOMIPHENE, NOT CLOMIPHENE) citrate starting at 6.25mg EOD, you can add Proviron in the stack if SHBG gets too high.
That, or you can dose Aromasin at 6.25mg EOD, this will lower your estrogen and SHBG, and will cause a subsequent rise in Testosterone and Free Testosterone. Only problem with Aromasin is that one of its metabolites is highly androgenic, so watch the hairline.

If you want to increase testosterone using an external source the only steroid is Testosterone, like the name says.
Keep in mind that even with meds your endogenous testosterone is capped, if you want steroid cycle effects you must inject T
