what steroids for hollow cheeks

im 17, 12% bf but still a lot of sub-q fat in my cheeks. I've heard steroids can change the fat distribution where less fat is stored in the face. is this true and which steroid would be optimal for this? also ones with as little side effects as possible would be great. (I don't want to hear other techniques like aqualyx since im already considering them I just want to do this on top of all the other stuff I already do + don't call me a boneless subhuman cause I already have slight hollows despite the chunks of fat in my face I just want to improve them more.

Honestly no, most of what I've learned has been from old mpmd content before he fell off and personal research.

There was a guy Coach Kolton fitness who was pretty good but he stopped making educational content because theres no money or engagement in it.

The problem is the algorithms promote goyslop and nobody is financially incentivized to make educational content anymore.

Theres a few good channels. I find big paul to be a gold mine for level headed takes.
Vigorous steve can also be good, but hes somewhat of a coper producing a lot of slop aswell so I always take his content with a grain of salt

I was planning to make a biohacking substack but then gave up when I realized that not only is the niche already filled but nobody would even read my posts even if it wasn't.

Just engage with roid threads on .org tbh.
My friends who roid irl dont give a fuck when I try to help them with health shit. Its sad

Short sighted and lacking of knowledge

Cholesterol, blood pressure and kidney health is only something you hear from boomers so you dont really care. The only thing you see is acne, balding and ball shrinking

I remember when I hit my first sarm cycle and wondering why everyone was soying out of lipids and blood pressure. It was just some distant meme to me. Like "idc about that"

Once you actually learn about the subject and understand that actual harm you start reconsidering and take precautions

I’m very grateful that I happened to stumble across mpmd when I did because I was a vulnerable insecure kid and I saw roids as an easy quick fix.

These kids are in the same position as me and didn’t get so lucky.

My main goal in the forum other than ascending is to help others stay safe and use pharmacology appropriately.

I should specify i say low dose test bc test binds to the kidney-> bloat so low dose test to maintain yk nessisary functions then like higher dose dht derivatives can help fat distribution in the face so like masterone is a good example just use topical or oral minox bc u WILL bald if u dont
