Let's say you sell a service online

What reason would your business not succeed?

let me give you some: (i hope you understand my writing bc my english is shit)
before starting keep in mind that if youre starting a business, it means that your only priority is your money and you only. having good morals may not help you but you choose for yourself. from what i will say, keep in your mind only what you thing its good for you and resonates with they way you like to work and throw the rest in the trash. understand that everything is already within you. you already know what do to, you just didnt figure it out yet.

1.money is priority number one. if a business is not making money then its not a business its a waste of money. the drug drealer outside the bloc is way more of a business man than most entrepreneurs. dont spend money in ads, logos, and random legal bs if your not already making money, your not supposed to pay for your business it supposed to pay for it self. only use what you already have at first. dont take loans, investments, dont buy a new pc or whatever. dont buy anything for anyone. if you know a family member that can do a website make him do it.

2. speed: a plane can only fly on the sky and go against gravity of it moves fast. you need to act quick before anybody else steal your ideas or whatever. matter of fac you should be stealing ideas from others. being fast when it comes to closing clients, acting quick and smart when it comes to make decisions, the quicker you act the more money you make. speed is number two thing. stay away from contracts and bs like this like legal paperwork at the beginning. legal paper work and contracts are slow which defies this point.

3. observe and learn from competitors. thers people out there that have been doing what you do for years. they're way more competent than you so observe and learn. most of these people sell the result, not the service or the product it self. lets say you are a barber shop, dont sell the haircut, sell the haircut as if its the only way to get hoes. idk start a tiktok page and make jokes like 'now he's ready to steal yo bih' showing his haircut and his girlfriend or something, and get clients that way.
3.1. sell to fix insecurities, act quick and think fast and understand how to make content, if you cant your little cousin who have 18hours of screentime can help you finding good jokes and stuff. it doesnt matter what you sell, its how you sell it. niggas out there be selling all kind of bullshit, if you cant even sell a service that people need, like cleaning then its yo fault. buying from you should feel good and make people feel important. work on reputation.

4. friends and family makes the best staff: collaborate as much as you can with your brothers if you can. lets say your very close with your brother, yall can rest an apartment together and work together. you own the business collectevelly, expenses are shared and costs are down. scout for 16yo cousins that need money make them work on the weekends for exemple, if you can make them work for free until they make a good job, do it. they have nothing to lose. older people have more responsability so you cant do that with them. matter of facts money is not what motivates poeple. theres people getting payed hundred of thausands and still demotivated asf and people getting payed minimun wage and be working as hard as they can. keep that in mind, make your staff be part of something thats growing with them, let them be a squad, buy them a 12$ pizza during pause or something if it means theyre all happy and working good.

5. whatever your selling, try and try again to sell your product or service to the same people you already sold to. its harder to find new customers, so keep all the emails phone numbers and infos of every client you ever had and up sell extra bullshit to happy customers.
and never say no to money, just get payed. no metter how crypto, cash, checks, gold, house fornitures, whatever. so many times iv entered a kebab and they dont take cash or they dont take card payements nigga tf.

6. if you have a job do not quit your job. only quit when staying at work makes you lose money on your business. not before. this is a very important thing to understand.

7. syfm abt your business. countless are the people that ive seen never shut up when they first start a business. you learn nothing like this. instead surround yourself with people in the same field as you. get a mentor or find a forum subreddit or a discord server where youll find people like you.

8. understand that money cannot be made, it can only be taken from someone else. you are not the rothchild or the reserve bank, you are only a nigga that want to make money. so your job is to make a nigga move the money in his wallet in to yours. easy. the way you do this is to understand that every purchase is an impulse purchase, act fast.

9. business never last forever: put yourself before the business, keep the money. the only reason you own a business is to make YOU rich. if shit hit the fan and the business fucks up you shoud be able to abandon everything with big gymbags of cash.
