What strangest can happen during the night

Something happened last night. I couldn't figure it out, but I felt I could let this world go. I momentarily died. It felt like I was being sucked into the darkness. Then I heard Captain Kirk say, "Into the Darkness."

Spock was there, too! He spoke, "Ugh. You do know my character is based upon a Jew, right?"

"What kind of racist near-death experience is this?" I asked my surrounding. But no one answered as I went deeper and deeper INTO THE DARKNESS. Ugh.
