Also heard about him taking deca, rad140.

Does anyone know what exactly did he take for him to get such face and physique.

Just based on my memories from previous threads back in the day he started out with rad 140, then 500mg test e with 12.5mg aromasin 2x a week after pinning together with 10 mg Mk677 i believe.

His face is the same, it's just some puberty involved with lower bf % and more muscle mass.

Don't expect to turn into a chad by just taking some test, it's extremely overrated.

Taking test during puberty is one of the dumbest things you could do.

What do you think that high test does? It converts to estrogen, and what does estrogen do? It nukes your growth plates in your body.

Muh muh, i will just take AI - no, you will feel like absolute shit and will want to die. + You will want to hop off eventually, and when you do, the PCT will also most likely nuke your growth plates.

The best thing you can do for growth during puberty is to be on a high protein, high carb diet together with huge amounts of red meat, dairy, whole/raw milk, tons of eggs together with daily walks/running and a solid weightlifting routine/calisthenics.
