What sunscreen should I buy?

Rn I just use a random store bought one and it somewhat prevents tanning but not completely.

I just wanna buy something that works but doesn’t break the bank since I’m a canadiancel and shipping sucks

Like 25 USD, I want it to be spf 50, no white cast, water resistant yes, and I want it to have pa protection as well so I don’t get tanned at all
