Its for height,muscle mass and face gains
I have
Calcium
Magnezium
Vitamin D 10 000ui
Krill oil
Omega 3 6 9
Aswaganda
Creatine
Zinc
Vitamin C
Probiotics
Boron
Selenium
Daily protein goal 120g-200g
Do I need anything else?Also how much Calcium and other stuff should I take per day?

only good one ive heard are ashwaganda, and creatine. but you could also just eat right, and you wouldnt need them jfl:lul: do peptides or gear, to see real results imo

Do you not eat? You get most of your vitamins and nutrients if you eat properly, no one needs 20 supplements. For calcium, depends on weight and height.

Do you not eat? You get most of your vitamins and nutrients if you eat properly, no one needs 20 supplements. For calcium, depends on weight and height.

I eat but most of the times my mom makes shitty in nutrient food

300 test 5ius gh dut and reta because ur probably obese if your talking about face gains

I will start 250 mg test then 350 then 500mg
4ui HGH then 6 ui

ye, relatable but just tell her, to give you money to let you buy your own food. theres always a way. say somthing like: "if i get an A you buy me this food."

Yea maybe it will work but still I will lose like 1-2 hours per day just for food
Hours that I could prioritise for studying so I sleep more

same thing im doing rn. eating around 6 to 10 eggs a day. 1-2 liters raw milk, raw liver and steak. also got a major growth spurt from it lately. and now that i helped you rep me, son :lul:

Maximum they take 10 years out of my life that for me ascension is more important than living like a raisin

Isn't too much 10k UI in the long therm ?
