So I fucking had enough with tretinoin and I will eventually start accutane, but what meds or supplememts to take to mitigate its side effects such as liver damage, hair loss,...? Is udca and milk thistle for liver enough, I hate nac cause it messes with my nitric oxide and when I take it I get less morning woods and the worst pumps of my life! Should I also megadose melatonin for antioxidant benefits? Any suggestions? And is it safe to take beta caroten while on accutane?

udca should be enough, provided you're not running enormous doses. Definitely recommend vaseline for your lips, use it before even hopping on accutane

I already use aquaphor, I had problematic severe dried lips, they got better tho and I am not thinking of huge doses, more like 20mg a day, do you think it's too low? My fear is to not get hair loss from it also known as telogen effluvium

Does accutane deplates biotin or why this dossage? This helps with hair loss from accutane?

20mg is the minimum dosage imo. The more permanent effect you want = the higher the dosage. 20mg likely won't be enough for a permanent effect

First time I was thinking to microdose it and start take it for years, but if I take for like 6months or untill skin is clear and then can't I just mentain by using 10mg a few times a week long term?

You can do that, i personally wouldn't but it's a viable option

If you "blast" a relatively high dose like around 80mg, you will probably not need to maintain it at all. Either way, 10mg a few times a week probably wouldn't even be enough for any éffect

Biotin counters the skins dryness and helps with hair idk how it works. It just works.
