take zinc, magnesium glycinate + ashwaganda (before sleeping), 60k iu of vitamin D one time per week, shilajit (pre workout), creatine (helps w muscle and can help w brain function), protein powder ( ur body needs protein), vitamin d3 + k2, and omega 3
