What supplements/anti-oxidents/crap should I take for graying hair?

My hair has started graying on the sides. I've died it back, but there's also gray showing up in my facial hair and stubble, which I really don't like because it kind of gives away my age. What can I take to stop the hair graying? Thanks.

How old are you? You won't be able to reverse the graying. You just gotta stick to dyeing it.

Unfortunately I am 48. Mostly non-gray, but gray streaks starting to develop on the sides. Kind of like the professor guy from fantastic 4. But it doesn't look cool on me...it looks like I'm balding unless I dye it. Is there anything I can take to prevent it from progressing further?
