I am 16M and I have HFA which affects my ability to socialise comfortably. I am constantly overstimulated and stressed out with basicially everything in my life like school, exams, my relationship, social life etc. I'm unable to communicate my stress to anyone and I stutter to the point I can't string a full sentance together which makes me get even more frustrated and I sometimes crash out.
I take CBD most days and 5 ashwaghanda pills daily but I am still extremely stressed out to the point I am nearly tearing my hair out or punching myself in the head or walls.
I feel as if one day my stress is going to lead to me doing something extreme
If you know any methods or supplements which help with ruducing stress, overstimulation or anxiety please let me know.
