what supplements can i take to help with social anxiety and stress

I am 16M and I have HFA which affects my ability to socialise comfortably. I am constantly overstimulated and stressed out with basicially everything in my life like school, exams, my relationship, social life etc. I'm unable to communicate my stress to anyone and I stutter to the point I can't string a full sentance together which makes me get even more frustrated and I sometimes crash out.

I take CBD most days and 5 ashwaghanda pills daily but I am still extremely stressed out to the point I am nearly tearing my hair out or punching myself in the head or walls.
I feel as if one day my stress is going to lead to me doing something extreme :feelswhy:

If you know any methods or supplements which help with ruducing stress, overstimulation or anxiety please let me know.

Ask to be prescribed Propranolol (say your anxiety can make you pass out when doing public speaking and stuff)

Its a beta blocker which essentially means it reduces the adrenaline response from social anxiety. I have used it to easily pass a final project where I had to talk for 3 minutes in front of the class, without it I probably would have passed out from anxiety lol

My anxiety isn't as bad anymore but I still take 30-40mg before any event that could cause anxiety and I am able to maintain a chill state

NAC
Alpha GPC
Omega 3's
Vitamin C
Vitamin D3 + K2
l glutamine for gut health
you might want to look into adding either gaba it might additionally help with your anxiety. if you are looking for mental focus, less brain fog and a good mind stability then make sure to include nac and alpha gpc along with the other essentials and a clean diet they'll help tremendously, oh also creatine.

additional supplements if you're an athlete

electrolytes are truly needed aside from a lot of water intake
vitamin b complex if you're in a steep deficit
do not take multi's they're retarded and often filled with unecessary complex vitamins that you most likely won't need if you take anything else and have a clean diet even in a steep deficit

eat clean for gut health it plays a major role in brain health
