What supplements do u guys take?

So I dont really take much but heres what im taking at the moment:

Potassium
Beta carotene (I do not recommend it does nothing)
Ashwagandha
Collagen
Omega 3
Magnesium
D3
Gaba
Zink

(Im open for advice on what I should get next)

boron, d3k2, astaxanthin, biotin, L-arginine, L-lysine, these are some good add ups to your supplementation

No it doesnt it has low bioavailability retard

Boron l arginine and l lysine are cope
L arginine seems to work for me, i dont got L lysine alone, only together with other supps

I belive most of those are in my pwo that I take almost daily. Not sure tho

Enclo when I feel like it
Anadrol for preworkout

Vitamin supps are cope
