Sometimes omega 3 to dissolve fat that i eat in the morning.

Usually nothing tho, maybe some electrolytes every now and then.

I drink melatonin everynight too.

I have creatine, but the taste makes me want to vomit (tastes like my old pre) so yeah i don't really use it.

morning: creatine, vitamin d3+k2, omega 3 capsules, vitamin e, boron, multivitamin, beta carotene, asthaxathin, zinc picolinate

night for sleep: magnesium glycinate, l-theanine, taurine, glycine

most of these are not essential by any means, i bought most of them to hit all of my micronutrent goals while being in an aggressive calorie deficit

Put the scoop in your mouth and swallow with water before it melts on your tongue, you won't taste it then.

I've tried that out before.

Still i feel the taste.

Its just super strong. I think it's blue raspberry?

And if you wonder how strong it is:
The taste is still there after refilling a water bottle.

So it's pretty bad.
