I read that you shouldn't supplement Calcium, unless you have some kind of related illness.

Instead switch to K2 and ditch calcium. Drink milk and that should suffice.

I haven’t conducted experiments with any rigour to answer this but I do think my dik feels bigger and harder in my hand when taking awakanda
