During the day i only eat breakfast and dinner and require multiple supplements to maintain good nutrition, ive been trying to find a supplement with high potassium instead of having to eat foods or drink things with large amounts for a debloat, does anyone know of any??

Take diuretics and electrolytes

If you only want potassium, buy potassium chloride in bulk

yeah i find a lot of the electrolyte supplements have lots of different electrolytes in them but low amounts of all of them, i’ll look into potassium chloride cheers

Make sure to buy the powder form of KCl as pills are extremely overpriced and you're basically paying for capsules at that point

If you genuinely wouldnt sacrifice taste for nutrition leave the forum
yes but the point is that u can js take citrate instead of drinking straight saltwater, it would just be unnecessary discomfort

A lot of food sources have potassium as well and are mad tasty. If you wanna make your life easier and have stuff to snack on you can cop some bananas, dried apricots, coconut water, raisins, a natural guacamole, potatoes, dates, lowsalt etc. Just don't overdo it with the sugar cause you can get acne/other skin issues from the high glycemic index. Keep it in moderation and it makes it much easier to balance your 1:4 potassium/sodium ratio without having to spam powder all the time, but it's just a suggestion.
