What are like some good supplements I can take for just better every day health and stuff. Like some essential supplements, like Ik about ashwaganda but are there any other good ones like vitamins and stuff? Which vitamins would be good and not cope? Thanks guys.
 
vitamin d3 and k2, fish oils, creatine and zma. That's all you need. Everything else should be from diet
 
i think if you eat a good diet you won't have a need for a lot of vitamins, as long as you are going outside as well
