Just started going to the gym for 3 months now, I'd like to max my gains, anyone know if should I take supplements like creatine, protein, etc? or maybe take all of them idk

ill take your advice and update you in 6 months (my current physique is my pfp).creatine and eat 1 gram of protein for each pound of bodweight + train until failure = perfect physique in 2 yrs unless you've got subhuman genetics
